WARRANTY AND CRASH REPLACEMENT

Manufacturer’s Warranty
We provide a 1 year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on all of our ramps and backpacks.
Any parts found to have any manufacturing or material defects are able to be replaced free of charge during this time period.
This warranty does not included normal “wear and tear” which does not impact the functionality of the ramp.
Please take good care of your ramps and read instructions and care guide prior to use. Misuse may void warranty.
These products are intended for use with bicycles only.

Lifetime Support and Crash Replacements
If your ramp is damaged as the result of an accident or other incident which is not related to a manufacturing defect, any individual replacement parts can be purchased at a pro rata price.
